Citizens Bank Hires Local Community Banker Carmine DeCicco
Nevada City, California, March 8, 2007. Citizens Bank of Northern California (the "Bank"), subsidiary of Citizens Bancorp (OTCBB: CZNB), announced the hiring of Carmine DeCicco as Vice President, Commercial Banker for its Auburn Branch.
"Carmine is an outstanding addition to our team who brings a proven track record in serving the financial needs of businesses and consumers in Placer and Nevada counties, with expertise in commercial lending, business banking, and relationship management.", said Judy Hess, President & CEO. She added, "He joins Citizens Bank after many years as a Commercial Bank with Placer Sierra Bank in Auburn. We are excited to have him on board and are enthusiastic about the role he will play as we continue to focus on delivering exceptional, value-added customer service to the communities we serve."
Carmine stated, "It's exciting to be part of a successful, true community bank." I look forward to playing an integral part in upholding the strong community relationships the Bank has established." Carmine served two terms as President of the Loomis Basin Chamber of Commerce. He resides in Auburn with his wife.
