Citizens Bank Hires Local Community Banker Julie Frenzel
Nevada City, California, March 8, 2007. Citizens Bank of Northern California (the "Bank"), subsidiary of Citizens Bancorp (OTCBB: CZNB), announced the hiring of Julie Frenzel as Vice President, Relationship Officer for its Penn Valley Branch.
"A consummate professional, Julie joins Citizens Bank after many years as a community banker with Placer Sierra Bank in Alta Sierra and Penn Valley," said Judy Hess, President & CEO. She added, "With over 20 years of banking experience, including customer service, relationship management, sales and operations, Julie rounds out her devotion to her customers with a heartfelt commitment to community service. We are so pleased to have her join our Citizens Bank family."
Julie believes that "Community banking is about forming relationships and customizing bank products and services to meet the financial needs of customers." She added, "I'm excited to be a part of a true community bank – one with an established record of exceptional customer service and community involvement." Julie serves on the board of directors for the Penn Valley Chamber of Commerce and was past director for the South Nevada County Chamber of Commerce. She resides in Nevada City with her husband.
